Shipping & Returns
Thanks for shopping at Pure Hearts Scrubs! Your satisfaction is very important to us.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the original packaging, unused with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org Subject: "Return". Please note there is a 15% restock fee on each order. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the return, to process and ship the new order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days of receiving the package, if 7 business days have gone and you haven't received your approved refund, please contact your bank first.
After 30 days, if you wish to return an item we can only offer you an exchange or store credit. Send us an email to email@example.com. Subject: "Exchange"
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 7 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within in 30 days of receipt of tracked items. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to warehouse.
Items That Can Not Be Exchanged or Returned
Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.
Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

Please give your name and shipping address, the items you wish to exchange (item number, quantity, size, and color) as well as the new requested items.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
You may cancel a paid order up to 8 hours after purchase during business hours, no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your order after 8 hours have gone by of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a refund until the items have shipped to you and you have gone through the process of our RETURN POLICY (See above). Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Keep in mind we are closed and do not process online orders on Saturday, Sunday or Major Holiday
Please note that once you place your it takes our system up to 24-48 hours to process the actual payment. Then your item is shipped out 5-7 business days from processed payment time (sometimes sooner). Turnaround time for online orders can be up to 7-10 business days. If you need to receive your order within 2 days or less, that is not an option unless it is a local delivery or it has been specified in the description section of that item.Mail all packages & correspondences to the address below:

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live in the US, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
